Booking and cancellation conditions

Full board Rates quoted are per stay, per room, full board, excluding All-Inclusive & Free Bar services, which can be added separately.

Check-in Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards. In the event of an early arrival, the reception staff will check the possibility of handing over the room as soon as possible and offer the available services.

Check-out Check-out time is 10 am unless indicated otherwise. For a check-out after this time, the daily rate will apply.

Periods of less than 3 days For periods of less than 3 days, a surcharge of 30% on the daily rate applies.

CHILDREN STAY FREE 1 or 2 children stay free of charge when sharing a room with 2 adults.

UNCONSUMED MEALS Meals not consumed at the hotel cannot be deducted from the board price.

REDUCTIONS Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except where specifically indicated.

VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING Each booking will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days of receipt of confirmation, unless indicated otherwise in the quote or current promotions.

CANCELLATIONS In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the entire paid amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher, which can be used until 30 September 2023.

EARLY DEPARTURE In the event of an early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In the case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.

HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? Directly at the hotel by cash, debit card or credit card. At the time of booking by bank cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
